I was a long time user of the Apple Mini. Had the original Mini and then the Mini 2. I had wanted to upgrade and had also decided to go to the bigger size. I had heard there was possibly going to be a size change so I waited until the announcement this year. I am very happy with the decision I made to go with the Pro and the 10.5 size. It was a huge step up from my Mini 2, both in power/speed as well as screen size. I think it is the perfect size, big enough for viewing and consuming media, yet still portable and easily held in one hand. I went with the Pro for the size of the screen but also for the ability to add the pencil and have the connector on the side for the Smart Keyboard. I would recommend this model to anyone that is thinking about upgrading and wants the ability to have the additional features. Highly recommended.

I am new to apple, but I feel you cannot go wrong with their technology. I love this iPad Pro, it really is amazing. It is fast, light, and thin. The screen is the best out there in a tablet. I got this for school, to replace my MacBook Pro. I wanted something more portable. I don’t need a keyboard that often, only when I need to write emails or papers. So, I got the Apple Pencil and the magic keyboard to round out this great tablet to make it all I need it to be. I am so happy with this tablet. You really cannot go wrong with it. Only down side, I cannot get Microsoft word for free, because this new tablet is 10.5 inches. UGH. That is so weird, at least I think it is. Again, this tablet has the best screen, and is so light and fast. I am amazed.

I've been using this for almost a month now and i must say it has made me bid adieu to my laptop... I mean literally there is nothing I can't do on this and will need a laptop to do that work. Sleek, compact, lightweight, fast, durable these are some words that may describe it. I bought it in the color gold which is one more thing that adds to the good looks. All in all I would say its a must have for basically everyone but specifically for those who have work which can be tedious to do on a phone and you don't want to open your laptop and go through the entire boot up process...go get this and enjoy...!!!

easy to use, light weight, great screen and mobile

I received the Apple iPad Pro with WiFi as a gift and I'm very happy with the iPad! It is very fast, easy to set up, and the Rose Gold color is a nice switch from grey or black. The 256GB is enough to download favorite music or a few movies to take with you while traveling. The screen size is perfect for those who need a larger screen for viewing or to watch a great movie (compared to viewing on a phone). If you travel and just need to use a simple spreadsheet or document, the iPad is perfect for creating or adding to an existing spreadsheet/document. Pulling from or adding to the Cloud is the best thing for all these options!

I had been slightly nervous about what hybrid to get, I knew I wanted tablet/laptop to replace my now dead MacBook, but it was hard to choose. I’m SUPER glad I went with this. First of all, it’s great you can choose from different GB options, I found the 256 to be perfect for what I needed and not too over-priced. Attaching Bluetooth keyboards is also smooth in transition and quite helpful. The new iOS allowing Microsoft apps and advanced keyboard options also feels like a great step forward especially when I need it to behave as a desktop. Obviously it’s not going to completely replace your desktop or laptop, but with the amount of new apps arriving every year and Apple moving closer to behaving like Microsoft, I have good faith in what’s to come. The WiFi I’ve noticed is spotty, like most apple products, and logins requiring a pop up page to type a WiFi password rarely ever cooperate or show up, leaving me without access to WiFi (yes, I have pop up block disabled and settings adjusted as needed, too). So I hope that gets fixed. Also of course handling photo editing, music editing, and video editing, using both the keyboard and touch screen it is easier than ever. Also Apple Pencil is worth the tag, get it. I wasn’t expecting being this happy with this purchase, I just hope the desktop features keep coming and the WiFi access with login pages comes soon.

Start with a fantastic screen, great cameras and software, add speed and terrific scrolling. This is one excellent machine. Light, versatile, can't find anything but superlatives to describe it.

I purchased my iPad Pro 10.5 a few months ago and gave my iPad Pro 9.7 to my wife. We are both very happy with them, and the 10.5 simply blows me away. While the 9.7 is still very fast, the 10.5 is even faster. I love the slightly larger screen, while the overall dimensions are nearly the same as the 9.7. Excellent battery life on both, and my wife is extremely happy with her hand-me-down! With the keyboard on the 10.5 and Microsoft Office, I have pretty much replaced my laptop now, as it is far easier to carry, very easy to type on, and the files are completely compatible with my Dell desktop. This is certainly the best iPad yet!

I love this iPad. Bigger screen yet overall size for holding it still works. And it's light weight . I love this siZe. Just big enough. Also faster. Better camera. Just love this iPad.

This powerhouse iPad is not to be underestimated... it can handle everything I throw at it and never break a sweat. This iPad can do almost everything you laptop can and it’s just so tiny and compact that it blows my mind. By far the best iPad Apple has ever made. High marks all around.

I bought the latest iPad Pro primarily for note taking at work (many, many meetings) and watching media while traveling. It excels at both of those tasks and since I’m an iPhone owner and have a MacBook Pro and Apple TV, life is seamless and easy. Very thin and a beautiful screen.

Upgraded from an iPad I had for about 4 years. Love the speed of this one. Will be purchasing the pencil that goes to the Pro. I have only had it for a few days and still learning all it can do, but if you are planning on purchasing a new iPad, go with the Pro. You won’t be sorry!

Upgraded from an original mini. Had no idea what I was missing out on. The speed, quality of photos, and the quality of video is just what I needed for my business. Super fast, more security. Discovering new things daily. Having a split screen makes it even more like a desktop.

I was in the market for a new iPad and this one met all of my expectations. I recommend the Pro version if you have the funds for it. The 4 speakers really make music and movies sound amazing. Also the 10.5 in screen is in my opinion the ideal size. It's almost the size of a typical writting paper so when paired with the pencil (which I also recommend if you're buying the pro) it makes note taking and general use so much better. This iPad is FAST and when iOS11 comes out then it'll for sure replace my laptop for most tasks thanks to access to easy internal file system and cloud storage integration, as well as easier multitasking.

Tried to decide for weeks on a replacement for my iPad - iPad or iPad Pro. Went for the Pro with the cover/keyboard accessory and couldn't be happier. Speed is fast, screen is vibrant and the keyboard makes life easier. Can't wait to get the Apple Pencil accessory for Xmas!

Up until purchasing this, I was still using a first gen Air. I use iPads mainly for web, simple apps, and other things that don't demand much of processors or ram. I upgraded mainly for the larger screen, and massive storage boost. I am pleased that it is noticeably faster in download speed and opening / switching apps. I love that the mid storage option is 256GB. I can dump lots of photos and videos from my iPhone to this, as my iPhone is always nagging me that storage is almost full.

This is a replacement for a 3rd generation iPad. The Pro is faster, lighter and has excellent screen resolution and runs IOS 11 to take advantage of many new features including MS Office. I am new to using the pencil but see endless possibilities for this device
