This tablet is incredible. You have to get the Apple Pencil with it, it enhances the full effect of all the features this tablet has. The camera is amazing for a tablet, super clear and crisp. It responds very well, no glitches of slow loading. Beautiful display, insanely clear. Also has a pretty nice speaker on it for tv or music or what have you. So far no complaints!

I love my ipad 3 and it is still in good shape. But unfortunately there are many new features it can’t do anymore so I looked at the market for one that will give me all the new features without hurting my wallet and found this iPad. Good size, really slim and excellent performance specially with apps I use often like the DGI GO 4 to control my drone.

lightweight...easy to use...very fast compared to previous ipad

Grab this on sale, and it's the best iPad Pro value. While it lacks the edge-to-edge display, Face ID, and faster chip in the 2018 models, the 10.5-inch iPad Pro (2017) still holds up extremely well today. Never once have I had even the slightest issue with its performance (this coming from someone who usually has the latest gadgets), and you can use the new iPhone X-style gestures instead of the home button. Its display quality still looks terrific as well. Grab the Smart Keyboard to go along with it, and you have a capable productivity machine that can replace a laptop for some casual users. I’d avoid it at the suggested $650 and up, but it often goes on sale, either at Best Buy or competitors that they will match.

I'm in love with this model. It's not too big, not too small, just the perfect Goldilocks size of an iPad for anyone. I draw a lot & to save paper this iPad & the Apple Pen is the best thing Apple ever invented. There's very little lag time drawing (I use Tayasui Sketches & ProCreate app) and it's so smooth. You just have to get used to the minor gap from screen with pen, but that's technology for you but it's as close to the real thing as you can get. Trust me, I completely understand the tangibility and love of using real pen/cil & paper, but this is the next best thing. I've turned it into a regular fun painting, drawing, scribbling, journaling tablet, but it's more than capable of being used as a small laptop too with the right keyboard (ZAGG Rugged Messenger is my choice). I got the Surface Pro 4 before this & by far this iPad blows it out of the water for me. Sure I'm a little biased but I think the iPad works for the classic hand-drawing & digital artist whereas the SP4 is more for architects/engineers (the apps for the Surface Pro are more CAD-friendly I feel). Definitely recommend for all around fun use whether or not you're an artist, but if you are: get this product. 7/5

This IPad was pretty much everything I thought it would be. The retina display is nice. The screen is bigger than my 9.7 which is nice. I do kind of wish I would have went ahead and spent the extra money for the 256 GB instead of the 64 GB. There are still a lot of features I haven't used yet, but I'm eager to learn more about them.

sweet camera, nice and light easy to handle and use too

It's so fast. Easy to use. You can pull up your emails, play your music, takes greats photos has a flash. Great sound on it own without a speaker. The screen is excellent for viewing videos, movies. Its excellent.

I’d say I just wasted money buying this, but only because my phone and laptop have both been tossed to the side for this 10.5” iPad Pro! The response time is wicked fast, the screen is simply beautiful, and it is just an overall great daily device to use around the house. Super lightweight and much more convenient to carry around than a laptop, IMO. I work from home, so this is super important. (Also, with the Otterbox Defender case - also from BB thanks to the Black Friday sale gods - I feel no hesitancy when it comes to just tossing it on the couch and leaving it sitting around) I cannot *wait* to bring this to school with me everyday with the amount of apps I have at my disposal! Best Christmas present to myself ever!

I had an iPad Air and wanted something a little larger. The 10.5” Pro was perfect. I was originally thinking of a MacBook but this was more portable and perfect for surfing the internet while watching TV. I know it’s more than I will need, but figure it will last me a long time before I out grow it. I recommend it highly.

This by far the best ipad innthe market, most convenient size, extremely powerful, beautiful screen (zero backligh bleed or pixel issues), promotion is incredible and the best of all it is insanely fast. Coming from and ipad pro 9.7 and the difference is huge. I would definitely recommend upgrading to this model.

This is an amazing tablet. Apple has introduced the new IOS 11, which makes it very easy to move between apps, to have two going side by side, and generally to do what you need to do. The display is also the best I've ever seen. With the Bluetooth keyboard that I have, I don't think I'll need a laptop from now on.

This iPad is pricey, no doubt about it. But I feel this is the best tablet you can currently purchase. I say this specifically about the 10.5 inch model. I feel the 12.9 inch model is NOT a great tablet, but should be viewed more as a laptop replacement due to its size. From the screen, speakers, camera, and operating system, you certainly get what you pay for with this device. Although I would recommend trading in an older iPad if possible for value towards the purchase to help offset the price of this device. Doing this while on sale is also a plus. Overall, I highly recommend this as it should last users a number of years at least before having to upgrade to a newer model.

Opened it tonight for Christmas. It immediately connected to my phone and transferred over all my contacts and more. Setup was done in a few minutes. What an amazing product to say the least. The screen was sharp and crisp. It’s extremely fast and easy. Everything I expected and more. Worth every penny.

I upgraded to the iPad Pro from an IPad Air first generation and the difference is significant. Everything about it is faster, I love the big screen and that it adjust brightness automatically, and it’s overall better. I also purchased an Apple Pencil to do digital art with and the precision is glorious.

This is my fourth ipad I am buying. So far the fastest ipad with the best screen available. Battery life is the same as other ipads at around 7~9 hours of actual use but no other ipad beats the ipad pro in speed. I also use an Apple Pencil and everything has been great so far. No complaints at all.

Wow! I own a Wacom Cintiq 27" QHD tablet, an Wacom Intuos Lg tablet and I just picked this 10.5" iPad Pro up and I have to tell you that this is my favorite digital drawing experience. I'm using the app called Procreate and you can see what tons of talented people do with it on Instagram. The pencil sketching feels okay, but the inking and painting feel almost real. The way that the paint mixes together in Procreate is awesome. I usually paint in Photoshop on my desktop, but it simply isn't as dynamic as painting on this iPad Pro. It's great to have something this size that you can hold in your lap and sketch with. This is the first product I have purchased from Apple and I am very impressed by the quality and care that have gone into making this one of the best art tablets on the market (in my opinion.)

I"m no stranger to the iPad having had a third generation model for several years. I purchased this one as a gift for my husband. He's extatic over the perfomance of this new model and loves the ability to multitask. It's speed and image quality are both superior to our old models. We love it.

Works well as a replacement for a daytimer/calendar/notepad and does most of what my 5 lb laptop did. I'm using MS One Note, toodledo with the outlook 365 set to agenda and floating over toodledo as an always up reminder panel. Was easy to set up to VPN into our server and using File Browser app to log into our domain to view docuements away from the office. Added the pencil and the MS folding keyboard and it's sufficient. Bought a fairly stiff and protective UAG case with cover that allows me to put the keyboard on the cover and type on my lap. The pen helps it work similar to a keyboard and is great for drawing sketches. Working as I would hope it would.
