    This is the shortest ipad I have ever used

    From April, the ipad began to crash. At beginning, the ipad could fix itself, so I stand this situation. Gradually, more and more crashes on this iPad, now it's completely disabled. I went to the Best Buy 2 weeks ago. They said they can't do anything to my ipad. I only can go to the APPLE store to fix it, and I must afford this fee by myself. I'll never buy anything from Best Buy again.

    This tablet is a toy. It won't connect to any accessories except the iphone, a display, or a television. It will not connect to any data storage device or external hard drive. It won't connect to it's recommended DVD Apple Superdrive. It loads from your iphone identically and works like a big phone. Absolutely USELESS!!! Stick to a Microsoft Surface if you want a tablet for work!!!

    When i saw the deal popping up I thought it is a great deal I bought an certified geek squad- excellent condition but i got a dirty package the was too much dirt on the original box and hand prints on the screen and the back of the i pad it was really in messy condition not as described in the descriptions awful best buy you should give the exact condition not a fake one to make people spend money it was disgusting

    I bought an iPad one year ago for my wife. in about 10 months it started acting up for no reason. Finally it locked up and would not come on. I took it to a man who works on computers and he tried everything to fix it with no luck. He tried to download new software but it would get stuck and not finish, no matter what he tried. I just wasted $600. Very disappointed.

    Wanted to transfer scripts from Microsoft Word to Final Draft and then to Final Draft Mobile on the iPad. Also wanted to copy Microsoft Word folders and files from a Windows Desktop. The transfer took more than an hour and the download wound up scrambled on the iPad. The light weight was not worth the agony.

    Not like new. Beat up and marked on like some two year old. At least I could return to my local Best Buy which did not have it in stock. So much for Geek Certified.?:< Still waiting for my shipping cost to be credited to my account since they refused to do that in store?

    I had a password and when it ask for it then it says it’s not the right password. So now I have paid over $1,000.00 dollars and it has looked up on me. I am not happy about this. I will be returning this Wednesday if it can not be unlocked and working properly.

    I put a case on my iPad right away and when I took it off about a year later it was bent. It was exactly a year and Apple won’t fix it bc it’s physical damage but I didn’t bend the iPad. I always take care of it.

    Christmas morning my daughter opened her brand new iPad box turned it on and it’s cracked on the inside. iPad appears perfect but it shows a cracked image on the screen. Hopefully can return it tomorrow for an exchange.

    Slow, and it just dents way too easy, I had an iPad mini for years, no dents, I had this for 1 month, and the back got dented multiple times.
