It’s been good just the battery life is pretty bad now after 6 months and also it’s bent I don’t even know how

I’ve had the tablet for 2 weeks and honestly there is nothing really special about it for the most.

I was promised a refund this was a birthday gift to my daughter/ Christmas present this is all she asked me for I made sure I went to work consistently for this money. I was told because my package was marked as delivered after there being no proof or anything they couldn’t do anything about the matter after I tried again and a few other agents were willing to help me and they tried but because the people that conducts the investigation didn’t want to do their jobs correct they denied my refund more than 4x I told them that was my last and I really needed that gift under my tree this was my first time shopping with Best Buy and last time as well never went through this with no other company this was so unfair and I feel very disappointed. They also tried to reorder my order for pickup so that I didn’t have to worry about it going missing again and they canceled the order for pickup that investigation team is fraud and i will be taking legal action.

My son loves it. It’s a nice sized screen. No issues. Very up to date.

Upgraded to the 10th generation. And a little bigger 10.9”. Loving it

iPad 10th does not support second generation ipencil, nowhere in any of the information does this fact come up. Average battery life Put a case on it quick, especially for children Visually very appealing

This is perfect size ipad its not to big or small.

Best Buy used FedEx to send me an empty box and no iPad. It was purchased as a Christmas present and initially customer service said they would send a replacement. Now they canceled the order and will not refund the purchase, forcing me to escalate with FedEx, my credit card company, and my local police department. Reporting the serial number stolen for this iPad.

If you’re a apple person than get it but for thr money it’s not worth it. The tablet feels light and just like a bigger iPhone.

iPad volume is super low sometimes and the screen looks like it glitches. Other than that everything else is fine

This iPad was heavier than I anticipated. I like the more blocky style and do not miss the round apple home button at all. I had to purchase a $10 attachment to make my Apple Pencil work with it. I think that attachment should have been in the box. Regardless of that I give it 5 stars.

I understand it is an open box, the screen is off in the center, if I push on other parts of the screen it presses down in the center. It was an open box excellent , but not necessary as perfect as I thought it might be , since it's quite annoying sowmtimes .

The ipad has been great, the delivery almost ruined the experience due to the fact that they use FEDEX who simply threw the pkg on the side of my 900 Ft. driveway in the weeds. Thankfully I was able to find it before anyone else. I've had lots of Fedex problems..
