    The Apple Rep at the store was extremely helpful with my purchase, explaining all the features of the iPad and all the new and improved items it had. Best Buy had an affordable light-up keyboard in stock that fit perfectly. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.

    Well, it worked great for 3 months. Then, the recliner bent it. Right at the USB port, probably the thinnest part of the frame (it needs reinforcement bars above & below the connector IMO) On the right side of the chair, the seat is only attached at the corners. It is snug against the side, but things as slim as a tablet and eReader can slip down there. They usually rest sitting vertically on the frame. This time, I guess it found a different way to lay. (she pulled it out before I could see where it was when it got bent) With no AppleCare+, I guess now it is only good for recycling.

    I can really appreciate being able to purchase a well needed item. Even though I didn’t buy a new model, I am thrilled with the quality of this open box product! The condition of the IPad is great and I can’t even tell one used it before!

    Setup is simple and quick. Super graphics. Has a feel of quality. I added a Logitech combo keyboard that provides more flexibility and usefulness.
