I order this on 10/17/2024 around 11a.m. for my son’s birthday gift which is all he wanted. I did same day delivery as I was unable to pickup in store. I waited all day finally around 8p.m. I got a message saying order was delayed. I went ahead with my night. Around 8:40p.m. I got a message saying it was delivered. However I didn’t check my messages until later. I went to where shipit said they left the package but it wasn’t there. The following morning I contacted Best Buy to let them know that I didn’t receive it and was told a replacement would be sent. However that order was canceled by Best Buy and was told to contact the local law enforcement. They wouldn’t be giving refund or replacement. I contacted local law enforcement and obtained a police report, called Best Buy back and gave them the report number. As of 11/6/2024 I still don’t have a refund or replacement.
