TERRIBLE CUSTOM SERVICE

Despite my efforts to resolve this with Best Buy, they are refusing to provide a refund or send a replacement. UPS conducted an investigation and confirmed that the package was not delivered to me. They submitted the necessary paperwork to Best Buy on the 15th, but Best Buy has yet to respond. UPS has been incredibly helpful and efficient, while Best Buy's handling of the situation has been far from satisfactory. Despite UPS's findings, Best Buy is still unwilling to issue a refund or replace the item. I have not received the promised calls and emails from Best Buy, and I strongly advise against making any purchases from them. Their customer service and handling of delivery issues is extremely disappointing, and they do not take responsibility even when the shipping company confirms non-delivery of items.
