    I have a hard tome with my vision and I love watching tv so my boyfriend bought me this ipad for christmas! Best gift ever! Love the color Choices and the screen its great quailty

    There were set up problems with the iPad. Best Buy's customer service was ineffective in resolving the problems. When I tried to return the device they kept returning it to me because it wasn't "reset." Since I couldn't set it up, I couldn't reset it either. I finally went to Apple Store in JAX and got it resolved.
