    I got this for my elderly blind mother hoping it would help her. I cloned it to her phone so she wouldn't have to learn anything new. It worked for a week and now she can't log into, despite resetting it a few times. We're going to the geek squad to help fix it, but what a disappointment. For nearly $500 you'd think the thing would work for more than a week.

    The need for separate chargers and ports is getting ridiculous. My elderly father cannot keep up with the different ports needed for his phone and ipad. Different headphone jacks - different from his recently bought ipad to this new ipad. Frustrating!

    I like old pad better. It is hard to get background browsers up to delete them. I swipe and swipe bottom across screen and maybe they will show.Double clicking button easier.

    Called to purchase ipad for in store pickup. Drove 45 minutes, with a confirmation, on company time to the store and was told they didn't have it. Was told an email was sent informing us of this but it was not. ipad was shipped later. Cancelled the otter box on the order and purchased it elsewhere. Still charged for it. Credit came later
