Difficult to adapt to changes. Big additional expense to get cellular.

There were set up problems with the iPad. Best Buy's customer service was ineffective in resolving the problems. When I tried to return the device they kept returning it to me because it wasn't "reset." Since I couldn't set it up, I couldn't reset it either. I finally went to Apple Store in JAX and got it resolved.

The iPad is fine but the charger arrived all dirty and beaten.

Didn't receive the Product ordered instead got a plug rather than an ipad. total disappointment.Also, my Rewards of 95$ used in order was not refunded.

I got this for my elderly blind mother hoping it would help her. I cloned it to her phone so she wouldn't have to learn anything new. It worked for a week and now she can't log into, despite resetting it a few times. We're going to the geek squad to help fix it, but what a disappointment. For nearly $500 you'd think the thing would work for more than a week.

It's just another iPad. There's nothing special about it.

Wrong item sent made a purchase and didn’t even receive my taxes I paid back this is reduculous

Never receive my item had to go back and forth to the store which is over an hour away and the problem still wasn’t resolved. I finally got a refund and got the iPad from Amazon for a better price and with 2 day delivery. Everyone i spoke with was clueless they even tried to tell me i was already refunded when the iPad was ordered but never processed. Make it make sense. I recommend this item just not from this store unless u go inside and purchase it.

The need for separate chargers and ports is getting ridiculous. My elderly father cannot keep up with the different ports needed for his phone and ipad. Different headphone jacks - different from his recently bought ipad to this new ipad. Frustrating!

I did a trade-in of an iPad I took exceptional care of, was sent in the original wrappings I kept from 2017. Bubble-wrapped it three times around (you'll get your new iPad tossed in a box with no protection, btw). They are giving me $0 claiming cracked screen, too bad so sad. Someone maybe is swapping/stealing them at the trade-in facility. That was my last purchase here after buying three TVS in the last six months alone.

This is a Christmas gift for my significant other to replace her old ipad. This will be a great replacement for her.

Bad , because first it wasn't ready when it suppose to be ready , then I was kind of late to pick up and when I show up for pick up, your employees told me they already sold it.

I like old pad better. It is hard to get background browsers up to delete them. I swipe and swipe bottom across screen and maybe they will show.Double clicking button easier.
