Automatically transfered my apps and data from my old mini-iPad 2. (Did not transfer apps not bought in Apple Store.) Was not told about this transfer in advance - it just happened when I had both iPads on. I believe it used the Cloud which I don't use and am not sure I can sign out of Cloud without losing apps and data. Will be contacting Geek Squad. Good product though.

Terry helped me out and was very patient even when I left the first time after only wanting more information and then coming back a second time he took the time to explain any further questions I had. This is just what I was looking for!

Up and running in about 25 minutes with noe hassle or 'mistakes' I used to make. Bust Buy assistance in the store was VERY helpful, answered all my questions and had just what I was looking for! I could also touch, feel and try the iPad Air in store to confirm my requirements. Love Best Buy a lot better than buying on-line!
