    I love it! Had an Air 2 still going strong but felt I deserved an upgrade. It doesn’t disappoint with the new A12 chip. Wished Apple (considering price) would have added facial recognition but their way was to give you full screen by placing fingerprint sensor on side. Admit it is a tad awkward but this would be the only complaint I have to a well made beautiful iPad.

    This is my third IPad, love them. The first one was stolen and the second one became outdated, could not get some newer Apps and wouldn’t update ones I already had due to the age of the device. Best Buy was having a great sale so it was time to upgrade. Knew what I was getting as I did the research on my own prior to going to the store.

    I am a low-level tech user, but the on-screen set-up instructions were easy to follow, especially when combined with numerous online videos of the process. The Touch ID does not always connect, but password access is always available. It works beautifully for email and web-surfing, which are my main uses so far.

    I really like the ipad its a perfect size not too big not too small. Works quick but I got the wifi one so im not able to connect it unless i have wifi or hotspot which was my fault.
