    Device was in perfect condition, but came with a charger block and cord that did not work. Contacted customer support and was told I could exchange the accessory for a new one but when I went to my nearby store, I was told I must exchange the entire order to get a working charger. I had to buy an entire new cord and block.

    Ordering was very simple. It’s the delivery that was a problem. I can’t believe with all the technology of today, I was unable to change my shipping location before the item shipped. because of the shipping delay, I was not longer at the location and had to pay extra for it to be shipped to my new location.

    I came into Best buy to buy a new ipad air, I purchased my last ipad here 5 years ago & was due for an upgrade. the ipad i wanted wasn't in stock so it was ordered & I was sent an email it was in the store so I came in & picked it up. I also had ordered a screen protector for it & they put it on for me also. the staff was very helpful & nice.
