Ordered (Ipad Air-4th Gen) to be picked up at my local Best Buy store. Product arrived within estimated delivery to Best Buy. Followed directions for store pick-up (Receipt of purchase / Proper Identification etc) and had no problems w/pick-up. It was relief to finally upgrade from a 1st Gen Ipad which could no longer keep up with updating the Apple OSs, was very slow, and could no longer operate many APPS and other functions. So, this Ipad Air-4th Gen is just like having a large cell phone in hand (or lap) and can do a lot more than my 1st Gen Ipad ever could--(i.e. cast my streaming platform apps to my smart tv, operate my NEST camera etc). It's faster and more powerful.

New iPad that I will enjoy using for work. Good accessibility and very light weight. Powerful enough to do the job and conceals easily

Fast, Light, and works well for the on-the-job use that we need these for. Upgrading from a first gen ipad to this, and it really surprised and helped our guys out a lot.

I bought this for my granddaughter whom is in her 2nd semester of College. She is so happy with it. It is lite, and compact. Easier to carry to class with her than the laptop was.

Very sharp looking. Easy to switch over from old ipad. Really like the blue color. The charging cord is different than the new iphone 12. Now you need new charging cable

I am pleased with my device. Great size and weight. Advise to purchase a cover but not necessarily from Best Buy.

Upgraded an older IPad. Wow what a difference! Lighter and faster. Easy purchase, arrived right on schedule. Excellent experience all around.

The picture is so clear. The colors are bright. It looks so much better then the older model. It’s easy to use and a lot faster then before.

So far, I'm enjoying it. The screen is larger than the air 2. It takes a minute to get used to the new gestures needed, but it is a lot faster.

I had a older 10.5 ipad pro , I wanted an upgrade but didn't need a pro version anymore and this ipad is just what I needed . I wanted the newer design and still wanted touch I. D. Unless you need the ipad pro for some reason, this ipad is more than enough for anyone needs

Wow! I've owned several iPad Airs but this new one is amazing. The display, chip and the way things move so much faster I can see why people compare this to the iPad Pro. If you don't have an iPad and you're looking for one this is it. If you're looking to replace your old iPad this is a great choice although it doesn't have ProMotion it still looks and fells smooth of course it is cheaper than the iPad Pro too.

I bought this to replace my old iPad mini, I absolutely love it! It’s just the right size. I took it on a road trip and not only could I play games or read, I could use it as a GPS. It took me a few weeks to decide which one to buy and trying to decide if the price was worth it.

Prefer this model of iPad with WiFi + celluar. Had a little trouble setting it up but the Geek Squad was helpful. My last iPad lasted over 8 years until I dropped it one time too many. Expect this one to do the same.

My husband needed an upgrade on his iPad and this worked perfectly. He didn't care about color, but really needed extra memory and wifi. The uploading from his old iPad to the new was painless and efficient.
