I really like the size of this iPad and the clarity of the screen is brilliant!! Its small enough to take to the gym while doing cardio and versatile enough to use to take customer orders on.

Nice quality picture. I like it. It was an upgrade from my iPad mini. The only negative would be the battery seems to drain quicker than my mini did and my phone does. But overall, it’s a good buy.

After trying to resolve this problem myself for several days I did what I should have done in the first place. Called and made an appointment with the Geek Squad. I was luck enough to get Zake, he was knowledgeable and friendly as well as quick. He was also very pleasant to work with and I would be happy to recommend him and Geek squad again - and have done so several times. Geek Squad and Zake is definitely an asset to Best Buy.
