    This iPad is fine, but the charger and cord was not in the box. I called Best Buy headquarters and they wouldn't send me the 2 pieces. I will go back to Best Buy in College Park when I'm in that direction. In the meantime, I've ordered a cord and charged online.

    The iPad was great until now that it won't turn on and I can say that I have taken good care of it and it's stuck on the apple logo it was good but after 3 months or less it suddenly stop working. The device stayed stuvk on the loading screen

    I’m so disappointed with Best Buy I can cry, I purchased this device open box as a Christmas present. Activated the cellular data and assumed all was well only to find out that the cellular data was suspended due to the device being blacklisted, reported stolen. I’ve made numerous attempts for Best Buy to help me resolve this only to be told that I can write a letter and see what happens.
