No it’s not the best Apple has to offer. However it does come close to it. The reality is that the only things that separate this iPad Air from the iPad Pro is it has a USB-C port vs a thunderbolt port, it’s 60 Hz refresh rate bs 120Hz on the Pro, and the camera is a single lens 12mp instaead of triple lenses with the Pro. I weighed these differences before I made this purchase and while the Pro does offer some nice upgrades the loss of these really doesn’t affect me much at all. I really don’t use the camera on my iPad, I use my iPhone which is much better to use. I’m really not a gamer to the extent that the 120Hz refresh rate would be of much benefit and this iPad works just fine without it. And I don’t transfer large files that need to be quickly moved. In essence Insaved allot of money by going with the Air, especially buying it on sale. And the M1 chip is way more power and efficient than one could ever imagine and is the same M1 chip as was Putin the Pro. It’s fast in all the tasks I perform even some video editing. The screen is fantastic with the True Tone and P3 Color Gamut. And the size of it is the sweet spot when it comes to tablets. Id definitely recommend this tablet to anyone.

Gift to wife for Mother’s Day . She loves it! Battery life is much better than the older model she was using. Very easy to transfer her old files and apps over to the new model. Much faster processor. Great assistance from Best Buy rep. Very patient and walked her through many of the new features.

The Ipad Air is also a very good tool for students. Would recommend for individuals to get the highest GB possible if going into design, 256 is more than enough for students. In addition, it works well as a second monitor with a Macbook as it has seamless cross screen.

This works perfectly for my 70yr old mom who has hand tremors! Taking photos are a bit tough but facial recognition is much easier for her than the fingerprint reader was on her previous iPad. The display is brighter for her book reading and battery lasts longer. Also the reduced weight helps as well over longer periods of holding.

Amazing for notes, homework, and any assignments you need to get done. I highly recommend it ! It helps me with all my classes you can never go wrong with the iPad Air.

I bought this computer for a Christmas present.I know Apple IPads are superior.We have had other Apple products n needed a IPad with more space.

This iPad is exactly what I needed for school. It’s really nice and small as well as fast when it comes to opening and running the internet and other apps.

Amazingly fast M2 processor is massive overkill for a tablet running a mobile OS. Superb build quality. No headphone jack still annoys me - bluetooth sound quality can't match wired and I shouldn't have to carry a ridiculous dongle to get proper high fidelity. Camera should be better for the price.

the product itself is user friendly, was easy to set up and works great. After owning apple products such as my phones, watch and headphones this was the next option. this tablet is very helpful to keep my work and college activities organized. The memory is great and the Apple Pen is a neat feature. Overall i am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Lastly, battery life is exceptional.

I absolutely love my iPad air; I got it for college, and it has been an amazing addition to my school life. The lightweight item makes it very nice to carry around casually (with a case) and the pencil integration is flawless. The UI is very quick and responsive, with the screen rotation happening quickly. Battery life has been superb so far for my usage, about 5 hours of classes a day.

Good looking screen, not too heavy and snappy performance for an IPAD. This was an upgrade from me and sadly a lot of my old apps would not work. I understand while new apps are not compatible with old IPADS. Not clear why olds apps can't be used on a new ipad. For this price, they should include a stylus. The cost of the larger memory model is a bit of a rip-off compared to the lower end model, but does anyone get buy with crippling lack of memory on the low end model. Disappointed that there is no way to calibrate screen colors to match with my printer and monitors. Battery life is ok, but tough to get through even one full day without have to add more juice.
