I upgraded from a 2016 iPad which proves that these devices will last a lifetime. I use it on plane rides from Chicago to Los Angeles weekly and this is amazing. The battery life is perfect and plenty of juice left when I get to the hotel. The screen looks great, the response works well and I love the size of 10.9 which is perfect for travel. I use it as well when I play in a band for my music as well on the weekends. These devices are solid and can't wait to use it for another 6 years going forward like my old iPad.

This iPad was purchased for my daughter. She’s an artist and loves it. I was a little concerned about the delivery process since UPS transferred the iPad to USPS after having it for two days. Overall the iPad has a good battery, the weight and size of the iPad are good. Also, she loves the pencil. I’m very happy with my purchase.

This iPad Air (5th gen) was super easy to set up and functions very smoothly in the absence of a home button. The set up was seamless by setting my iPhone SE next to my new iPad. All my aps, photos, and documents transferred within 3 minutes, and nothing was lost during transfer. After using my new device for a few hours, I found it very easy to navigate in and out of various apps and screens. I also found a good selection of cases and screen protectors to accommodate my new device!!

Device works great! Only issue was the screen flickered when putting pressure near the camera

Needed to upgrade my iPad I procrastinated because I was a bit intimidated about what version to choose. The sales person helped make my decision and purchase very easy. I had an appointment to transfer data from my old iPad but found it was so easy and intuitive to do on my own. The new iPad meets all my needs.

This generation iPad was exactly what I was looking for. I mainly wanted this because I wanted something portable that I could use to watch movies and tv shows on, and it does the job. If you’re looking for something to replace a laptop though, there are certain aspects I miss; typing can be a little difficult at times and you need to buy a pen to use apps like Canva for editing.

The delivery was quick and the trade in value was processed in the time range specified. The only complain is the unprofessional behaviour of the delivery service person who left my package outside the apartment building and not within the premises. The ipad works fine! Battery drains rather quickly but also recharges quickly.

Much faster than my old ipad pro and lighter to hold.
