this is my first iPad Air. It was very easy to set up and sync what I didn't understand I called Apple they walked me through it immediately, I was very impressed with their customer service. Long battery life! I would recommend with no hesitation

Awesome update to the previous Air. I have it paired with the official Magic Keyboard and it works great. Will get updates for a LONG time and the storage is enough for all my apps and games. The latest iPadOS is great for connecting to TV and viewing/playing games.

Best ipad ever so light and fast speakers are loudly

This was a gift for my daughter, a student and equestrian needing to use her device in classrooms, at study, and outside at horse show meets and events. She was unsure of what product would work for her, but the Best Buy staff guided her surely to the iPad Air.

Overall great for the price, great for storage as well for 256gb, smooth usage

I upgraded from my iPad Air 2 and find that the swipe option versus the double click of the home button is very frustrating. It takes several swipes before I can accomplish what I'm trying to do, either simply quit an app or get the screen to show all apps that are open. I'm also still having the same problem I had on my old iPad which is that when working jigsaw puzzles the piece I want to select does not come with my finger. Also, sometimes completely different pieces show up. I realize this could just be a glitch in the app but it is very frustrating. Other than that I love that the battery lasts a long time and I have more memory! It is also a pain that they changed the charging port connection. Now I have to make sure I have the proper cord and adapter.

I wasn’t really looking for a new iPad, but my last one was so old that it couldn’t do any more updates. It was also small (a mini) and slow. In comparison my new iPad Air feels almost like a laptop! I love the bigger display and the speed. I almost wish I had bought it sooner. And it didn’t hurt that I received it just a couple days after I ordered it!

Easy to use - fast - plenty of storage - can’t go wrong with Apple.

Have ha an Ipad since the first one. Love this one too and the extra storage is great. I keep my personal calender, hundreds of books and other entertainment apps on it. Much easier than a phone for reading emails and visiting websites. I use my phone as a hotspot and I’m a happy camper,

Great graphics, faster processor, upgraded camera and capability. We have two and we love them! They do all the things we need it to do and also some fun games and apps that make it the best versatile option for table.

had the first generation iPad and that actually still works. When I was working daily I carried a 6.7 inch screen phone and had no use for an iPad. Now that I’m retired I carry a mini iPhone and just browse on the iPad and use it for the main screen on my drones.

I totally love my 5th Generation 10.9 iPad Air! It has a big 10.9” screen and the display is fabulous! My last iPad Air lasted over 10 years and I’m hoping for the same longevity out of this one! I use my iPad in place of a laptop and don’t see the need in a laptop! Great value for a wonderful product!
