    Excellent product. It was delivered exactly as advertised, with the box being damaged but the iPad itself was otherwise completely fine. You're not getting the unboxing experience but you are getting a practically new iPad.

    This iPad was simple to transition from my old one. Fast, sound is greatly improved. Only negative is Apple, once again, changed the power connection.

    It’s a great product from Apple. The only downside is that the volume buttons are reversed compared with previous models. Other than that, it is a great purchase.
