The set up was seamless by setting my iPhone SE next to my new iPad. All my aps, photos, and documents transferred within 3 minutes, and nothing was lost during transfer. After using my new device for a few hours, I found it very easy to navigate in and out of various apps and screens. I also found a good selection of cases and screen protectors to accommodate my new device!!

Only reduced it to 4 stars as it did not connect to my backup of my previous ipad and I ended up having to do a “copy” from my previous. So set up was not 1,2,3 as I was hoping. Was upgrading from an iPAD pro that would not hold a charge anymore. Quality seems as good. Glad I didn’t spend the money to go to another Pro

New iPad meets all my needs

The sales person helped make my decision and purchase very easy. I had an appointment to transfer data from my old iPad but found it was so easy and intuitive to do on my own. The new iPad meets all my needs.

Great first experience

The only complain is the unprofessional behaviour of the delivery service person who left my package outside the apartment building and not within the premises. The ipad works fine! Battery drains rather quickly but also recharges quickly.
