Great customer service. He showed us the different versions of iPads that might meet our needs. I went ahead and bought the iPad Air. The graphics is stunning and it is very fast to operate. The Geek Squad was very efficient and loaded up the new iPad from my iPhone. Overall, a great experience.

Upgraded to a bigger GB iPad to store extra files and videos. The M1 processor is superior to the A13 that was in old iPad.

Great investment! I decided to finally make this purchase for the sole purpose of using procreate. The ease of setting up and user friendly for a new iPad owner couldn’t be better. I use it for more then just procreate now and love how useful it’s become to my day to day needs. With that being said, I wish the battery life was longer as it only last 1-2 days (8 hours of continuous use). Besides that the quality is amazing!

Great product. So easy to use and carry. The compactness of this makes it great for taking to class, taking notes. I use it to watch movies and listen to music as well.

The setup for this iPad using my iPhone was seamless and quick! I was also able to use an app to transfer previously downloaded apps from my chrome book to my new iPad. The battery life has been amazing even while using the Apple pencil in it's charging dock against the side of the iPad. Love it so far!!

The iPad Air has all you need and will keep up allowing enough space to grow. I didn’t need a Pro model for the day to day emails and internet shopping watching shows etc. I got it before the 13” came out but I can’t see a slightly larger screen making a huge difference. You can’t go wrong with the IPad Air.

There's a reason iPad is the king! I had a tough time deciding between the Air and the Pro, but ultimately, the only worthy upgrade is for a better camera on the Pro, but I use my iPhone for pictures and videos, not my iPad. In terms of performance, the Pro isn't so much better than the Air, especially if you already have an iMac or MacBook.

I recently purchased a MacBook Air M2, my first Apple computer and I have enjoyed using it everyday. It's a beautiful piece of technology. I did have a Microsoft Surface Go 2 and I liked it, but it was lacking in the performance department. So I decided to buy a MacBook Air M1 tablet and I am over the top pleased with its performance and the display. The quality is superb. Very highly recommended!
