Love my new iPad. I upgraded from the 2020 iPad Air (4th gen) and I’m very happy with my decision. I was able to trade my old device in for credit toward the new one and I’m very impressed with performance of this iPad compared to my previous one. I chose to upgrade as this iPad was on sale due to the new 2024 model being released so I saved an extra $250. Highly recommend.

i bought an ipad for school and i honestly love it more than using my laptop, it’s easy to carry around and takes up less space. of course there are certain things you can’t do, but it’s worth it. i love that i can write my notes too, saves me the hassle of buying notebooks and all that.

The 5th Generation iPad Air in 2024, is still a quality tablet for many people. Even after being released for nearly two years, it still provides quality performance, and an experience that gets better with the latest iPad OS. The display does the job even if it’s not 120 Hz, as Liquid Retina continues to be a good feature for vivid images. The M1 is still snappy for running games like Roblox or Minecraft, and when it comes to heavier programs like DaVinci Resolve 18, it does it with little to no lag. Stereo Speakers are clean, clear and crisp. Battery is also good too. I got this for Under $650 back in December for 256GB. What a deal.

I purchased this iPad for school purposes. Overall I’ve had it for a couple weeks already and I’m satisfied with the quality of the product. The color of the iPad is a light rose gold shade. Overall the size is very decent especially for me. It’s not too big and not too small. Definitely a good for transportation. I always carry it on me. Really for streaming shows and getting work done. I haven’t been able to put it down since!

Bought it specifically for work use. Works excellent for note taking. I was expecting the screen to be a bit larger, might need to upgrade to a pro, but not sure if I’m willing to pay the cost. Using this with the Apple Pencil 2 and endless paper app, it’s been amazing. Overall I’m satisfied how it handles. I go 3-5 days, with 4 hours a day before needing to Charge.

I love this ipad so much! I got it on sale for 150 dollars off and i used that money off to get the apple pencil and it is so worth it! you honestly won’t regret getting this ipad, it really is worth it with the speed with the M1 chip and the pink color is definitely true to the pictures! So thin and lightweight too! it’s perfect for students and sometimes i even catch myself using it more than my mac.

I like this newest model. I was forced to buy one since my old one didn’t hold a charge and I was going on a trip. I had to learn all the bells and whistles of a Apple product. I was thrilled that all my apps and photos etc. seamlessly moved from one ipad to another. It made the last minute transfer between the two extremely easy. Only thing so far I’m not to crazy about is the touch id. That is not a big deal i just have to readjust.

This is fast enough, and has a great display. My biggest gripe is the inability to do a split-screen while in portrait mode. Imagine watching something in the top portion and writing or doing other work in the bottom portion... it seems like a no-brainer for them to enable that. The next annoyance to be aware of is that if you have little chunks of days where you don't need your tablet and so it's just sitting in a drawer, unless you power it off completely, it'll be dead by the time you go back to it. It's not bad enough to knock off a star, but it's a shortcoming. I take really good care of my tech, so I can't speak to how this would be if it were dropped, but it feels robust!

The iPad Air is a great mid-level option between the entry base model and the Pro. We purchased this for my son’s gift to use in place of his laptop for school. It’s much more compact and lightweight than his 15.6” laptop resulting in a lighter and less full backpack. He also loves using for other games and apps. Definitely worth the money because it’s being used much more than his laptop.

I got this to stream movies on when I travel for work (which is all the time) and to design my knives on (hence, the Pen). Writing a review for an Apple product feels like I’m just repeating stuff everybody already knows but it’s true: these really are the standard in high-end tablets. The display is pure eye-candy. The colors look delicious. It’s fast and operates seamlessly. I also got Logitech’s case w/integrated keyboard so that now my iPad is a legit laptop replacement. Great setup.

I loved it, it's very good! Just what I needed, I had been wanting one for a long time. I specifically needed it for school but it's good for 100 other things! I was watching reviews of this and really exceeded my expectations is the best, it is literally like having a mac in my hands but smaller haha 10000/100

I’m in love with how much faster and more powerful this iPad Air is compared to my 6th gen iPad. Now I can create some music projects without hiccups. Pen coming later. Can’t beat the price and convenience of pickup as well, very happy with my purchase!

I was a little hesitant to get this tablet because I was considering a new 2-in-1 laptop instead, but since I was able to get my hands on an open box Air with a good storage size I decided to bite. I use Clip Studio Paint on it, and it runs well. I was able to make a few arts easily, and paired with the Apple Pen it’s surprisingly easy to get used to. It just took a bit to get used to a tablet after using a laptop after so many years, but what bothers me is that the tablet can only handle so much layers and high res canvases before exiting out of nowhere. If I had known it would have done that, I would have just gotten maybe a Surface instead, but this is a good compromise for the price. And unlike a laptop, it has a great battery life! I can actually draw for lets say ten hours straight without having to worry about keeping it constantly plugged in or having to listen to a really loud fan. Charges fast, too.

Best iPad ever, is very lightweight, fast and lightweight so you can easily carry even in your purse. Best choice for designers that don’t want to spend more in a pro. The only “negative” is that the lilac color is more like a purple blueish but you can barely notice it.

Ordered this ipad because i love the size and how its great for literally anything! My favorite gen out of all the ipads. Reading, drawing, movies and even for work! I was very much satisfied! Best Buy staff were also very helpful when I was picking up!
