Exactly what I was looking for, especially at $250 off! Thank you Best Buy for having available a new (ie not refurbished) 5th generation iPad Air! I don’t need the latest model which tend to be too pricey, so this 2022 version was perfect! I needed to upgrade from my old Apple iPad that only had 32 gb storage (can’t believe that seemed enough a few years ago!). This is much faster and I seem to have lots of storage w/250 gb - we’ll see how long that lasts, lol. I would highly recommend this version of Apple's iPad Air.

We replaced our iPads (8th Generation 128 GB) with new iPad Air 256 GB devices. The M1 chip was a deciding factor when comparing the iPad 10th Generation version. Also, there was a sale with about a $100 discount. Although we purchased the new iPad Air replacements in November, they were Christmas presents to each other so, we did not set them up until Christmas Day. That’s quite a stressful undertaking for a Christmas Day. Also, since the new iPads are slightly larger than what we had no covers for them. We were waiting to transfer the old data to the new devices, wipe out the old devices, and get the Best Buy refund/trade in value ($160 each) to purchase the accessories such as cases. Today, I turned in one of the two old iPads and got $160 to get cases. My wife’s choice of a Spec purple case worked out fine. I had been seriously considering a Logitech combo keyboard case because of the built in detachable keyboard. However, I’ve had some second thoughts about the weight. I’ve been practicing using the keyboard and mouse from our old iMac paired to the iPad.Also, today, Best Buy had very slim pickings on the cases for the iPad Air 5th Generation. I did not want the purple case like I got for my wife. I had considered an alternative Targus case as I had one for my previous but Best Buy didn’t have any in stock. They did have an Otter Box Defender, which would have tripled the thickness and weight of the iPad Air, making around as heavy as a keyboard case. I ended up with the Apple iPad Smart Folio, which is okay at best. It is overpriced at $79 and doesn’t seem to be any protection. I’m thinking of checking back with Best Buy after they restock cases and have some selection. Otherwise, I may have to special order. I want to get the accessories with trade in credit (store gift cards from the old iPads). Back to the actual new iPads: I think we will like the additional storage, the faster M1 chips, etc. Trying to work the new iPads without cases has cramped the style. A work in progress. I like the USB-C interface/charger. It is a little different having to find the line and drag an app to minimize close (no Home button). I’v been using that feature in the last couple of iPhones, but have been using Home button a lot longer on iPads.

Very pleased with this update to my 6th generation iPad. The 5th generation iPad Air has a larger, sharper display, better battery life, and seems to work more smoothly than my old iPad. Also very pleased with Best Buy’s price, shipping and trade-in process! I had my order very quickly. The trade-in process was a good value for me, and went very smoothly. I had the trade-in amount credited to my account in just a few days after I dropped the traded in item at the UPS Store.

I was using a MacBook Air from 2013 and to say it was slow for me needs was an understatement. I have in interest in photography and needed a system that would support the graphics for of the adobe products and this system is great for my needs. I chose to go with the 16 inch screen because I would also be using it as an every day computer rather than a desktop. I am not going to go into details about the graphics and specs because I am not a technologically advanced person. However, I did some research and chose this system for my needs. I also found the customer service at Best Buy in the store was fabulous and I am really happy I chose to go in and purchase in person. I was lucky to be able to use the interest free promotion also by paying with my credit card which was great! Overall, I’m really happy with this MacBook Pro and I’m sure I will have it for years to come just like my last one!

Love! I had an iPad that was a few years old with only 32gb of storage so wanted to upgrade. This new one is amazing! The screen is great & it’s fast. Pretty color too!

Best budget tablet with a powerful processor. I got this for work purposes, so I don’t need all the apps that I have on my Pro. But this little bugger right here gets the job done. Affordable and pretty darn good at what I need it for. I use MS Office for work and the apps work perfectly fine on this. I have a Bluetooth keyboard I use with it so if I need to type a document I can. Works well with Google Docs too. If you need a tablet that will run higher end apps, but still fit in your budget, go with this one!

Love my replacement iPad. I'm a Best Buy tech member, so I got a discount on top of the sale price, which was super cool. This product works really well, but I had cracked my screen of my previous pad. I decided to upgrade to this latest model. So far so good. Works really well as my replacement "laptop" by buying an off brand keyboard/cover online. It's lightweight and speedy enough for everyday writing, emails, scrolling, reading, and light games. Happy I decided to buy through Best Buy than through Apple this time around.

Easy to use, better performance from previous generation, lighter on weight and overall just a much better Ipad from the previous models. Really happy with this purchase.

I got the new air for my wife and really like the weight and size better than my larger iPad Pro. I went with the pro mainly for the storage, display, and ability to do photo processing. If it weren’t for that, I wouldn’t hesitate to replace with the air!

I love that I dont need to stare at my small phone screen anymore and that it is so easy to use the keyboard that I ngot at the same time. This has been so good on my eyes. It mirrors my phone completely and I love it. I know can watch more movies and not go blurry on my phone. I love that it is also more like a computer at time too. Some website do not work from a phone but will work from the tablet. Good choice.

I've been using this iPad Air for about 2 years now, and I'm overall pretty impressed. The 256GB of storage is plenty for all my apps and media, and the performance is snappy — no lag when switching between tasks. The new purple color is stylish and stands out from the usual tech shades. However, I've noticed that the battery life isn't as long-lasting as I'd hoped, especially during heavy use. Despite that, it's a solid device for both work and play. Would recommend!

Hesitant at first but man am I glad I did. This device is incredible. Prices was perfect. and it has exceeded all my expectations. The M1 chip delivers incredible performance, making multitasking and running demanding apps a breeze. Whether I’m editing photos, streaming videos, or playing games, everything runs smoothly and quickly. Very happy with my investment.

As someone who doesn’t need a workstation computer, I think the iPad Air 256gb is the perfect solution for all of my computing needs. It is extraordinarily fast and has become my main gaming device since they’ve added AAA games on IOS. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a lightweight and capable device that can double as a semi laptop replacement!

It was time to upgrade my wife's iPad and so we went with the latest version of the iPad Air. It was a really nice upgrade ! Much faster, smoother, feels great and makes life a lot easier. Love all Apple products and this was a fantastic purchase.

I purchased this iPad Air as a replacement to a much older version. I couldn’t be happier with the product. The battery lasts for ever, the display is clear, and I have tons of storage. The salesman at Best Buy advised me that Apple products are on sale frequently and to keep my eyes open for a sale. Two weeks later the tablet was on sale for $150 less. I notified Best Buy and was reimbursed for the difference. THAT is customer service and honoring your valued customers!

I bought this to replace an iPad Air I'd had a number of years. So far, the new iPad Air is a gem for me. Having Apple's M1 processor is a huge improvement, making the iPad's performance very snappy indeed. I like the incorporation of a USB type C connect rather than it's previous Lightning connector, thus making it more future-proof. The display is stunning. Colors and resolution are noticeably improved over my previous iPad. Also, the battery performance if better than my old iPad.Finally, the iPad's blue color is gorgeous. One of the first things I noticed, however, immediately after unpacking this iPad is that it's thicker and slightly heavier than my old iPad Air. That's not a killer but I felt it was important to disclose. In a nutshell, I'm very happy with this new iPad Air.
