    The iPad was as expected--like new. Best Buy listed it as an open box in excellent condition which per their description would include the original accessories. This was not the case as I received an Insignia 5 W power block and USB-C cable which will not charge the iPad at any rate. These Apple items are $55 to replace and thus this was a poor value for an open-box product.
