My salesperson Santiago facilitated a trade in for me, which took only minutes. He explained the different model functions and helped me choose one for my needs and he assisted with the accessories too. No hard sell, very pleasant and professional. Once I got home set up was a breeze, just paired it with my IPhone and was good to go immediately, with all my previous APPs and data. Bought the pink, pretty color.

I do wish there was a hard copy of the user guide included in the package. Referring to the website is rather time consuming. A headphone jack is not included in this version, which means one has to buy an adapter.
