Love this ipad. Works great, sleek design, fast and so convenient

I had gotten this not expecting much, alongside a non-apple pencil, and a keyboard case. Paired with IOS26 this has completely changed my small notary business. I can download, manage and edit my files safely, watch videos on my lunch break in stunning quality and then go home and use it as a console with one of my wireless controllers. For MSRP this doesn’t get any better.

I purchased the pink iPad for my wife's birthday. It is her 1st Apple product. She was pleased with the color and weight. I was pleased they had the color I wanted at my local BestBuy store.

Pickup was fast and hassle-free, and the staff was helpful and professional. The iPad itself is fantastic—very fast performance with the A16 chip, a beautiful and sharp display, and plenty of storage for apps, work, and entertainment. Setup was quick, and everything worked perfectly right out of the box. Best Buy continues to be a reliable place for Apple products with competitive pricing, good availability, and great customer service. I would definitely recommend both the iPad and Best Buy to anyone looking for a seamless tech purchase.

I had been looking for something more than a smart phone but not a computer, this worked out to be exactly what I was looking for. Long battery life and plenty of storage space.

The entire process from the purchase, the comms from Best Buy on status and followup after the purchase was stellar. Upgrading from a first Gen iPad Pro to an 11th Gen iPad. Apple has fine tuned the procedure from what it used to be to a matter of placing both the old device and new device next to each other and answering basic questions. In ten minutes the process was done. I do wish there was a better way of recycling old devices as we have a stack of used outdated apple devices that can’t even be updated. Some don’t even have working connector cables. With that being said, this iPad is Apple's best yet with awesome resolution, all day battery life and a great ecosystem of apps. Highly recommended.
