The iPad is very good. It is easy to use and has very good quality. The camera is very nice and the colors on the screen are bright. The battery life is good. Also the speaker is very clear.

Great buy in comparison to past and current iPads. Nice screen, good camera, way more capacity than my previous iPads. I also appreciated the streamlined ways to turn the display on and off and to navigate between open apps. The usb-c connection took some effort to work with since I like to be able to charge my iPad while using it and the supplied cord was way too short for that. But by combining a longer usb-c cord with a long-corded surge protector that includes a usb-c port, I can use the iPad while charging it at some distance and with no noticeable compromise in power.

One of my favorite purchases. I was going to get the more expensive version for my girl but she she for this one instead and she’s obsessed with it. The service for the pick up was amazing and the employees were very fast and kind. She loves the iPad both for her games and school and while looking around we found some other cool appliances and gadgets were eventually going to buy for our new house!!!

This Ipad replaced my old one that was 12yrs old and still functioned perfectly! If it hadnt been dropped down a flight of concrete stairs in Italy I would still be using it. The new Ipad is Beautiful! A little bigger screen and a lot faster! I Love it! The young kid that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable for only being 18! I feel bad I cant remember his name…he deserves a raise for being so helpful and patient dealing with so many people on Black Friday! We talked about our different travels and places we’ve visited and whats next to explore.

Loving my first Apple purchase. The size of the screen is great. Takes some getting used to the platform since I've always been an android/PC girl. Still working on personalizing with the apps I want or plan to use. Quick start-up and I like the fact of using my fingerprint as log-in option since I sometimes forget my passwords. Screen has vivid colors. I like that I'm able to use a generic pencil on the iPad and not have to get their $100+ version. Fast processing maybe since I don't have a lot of things on or open yet. Not in need of the fancier models yet until I have mastered this entry level one.

In exchange for my son’s iPad series 9, I purchased this device, and it has surpassed expectations in every aspect. It boasts twice the storage capacity of the 9, and the most significant advantage, in my opinion, is its use of Type-C charging, which significantly enhances its charging speed. My son is delighted with the upgrade, and I share his satisfaction. I express my gratitude to Best Buy for simplifying and expediting the purchasing process.

I Love my IPad I can see everything clearly much better than my iPhone when I’m trying to get on Facebook Google. I just love it now. I need to get me screen protector, and a cover., I wish I got this long time ago if I had known the convenience of it all. I have already recommended this iPad to my cousin Reven Hart, which she has already purchased and my uncle Rev. Giles which he has purchased because I told them about the Christmas sale for 299 great deal.

Excellent Product, Apple never fails. I use it for work everyday and functions as it should. I am very satisfied and recommend for anybody to purchase. The screen is big and the fingerprint button on the top is an amazing feature to unlock apps and or sign documents.

I bought this iPad to replace her older model iPad which was having battery issues. The battery would get very hot and lose power rapidly. She is learning how to use this new iPad. The battery is maintaining its charge and not getting hot. She is very happy with her new iPad. I did an online order from Best Buy with a store pickup. The iPad was ready for pickup in about an hour.

It was a gift, and she loves it, as it is not a true upgrade, because this model only has wifi, her old one came with internet use, but it is a 9 so this one is new

I bought this as a grad student since paper is obsolete now. I already have a MacBook, but I wanted the feel of writing, as I think it helps me better retain information. I paired my iPad with the Apple Pencil and a Paperfeel screen protector. If you're the same, I would recommend.
