I ordered the iPad online and went to pick it up in the store. The customer service at the store was excellent and the associate ensured I got my desired color. The iPad is functioning perfectly and overall experience was smooth.

I bought this with the intention of replacing my computer for simple browsing and streaming and it has been great! Streaming got to be a hassle on my computer but the ipad made it much easier. If you want to use it for simple things it is great, but when it comes so opening/editing documents it becomes a little tricky. The pro is much better in that case. But overall love this ipad. I was able to connect a bluetooth mouse and keyboard which is also awesome.

The product was better than I expected. I’ve been using it daily for playing, doing school stuff and watching videos and it is great. I’ve always dreamed about getting and iPad and now that I have it it’s very cool.

ipad is AMAZING and great condition. I am a college and high school student and this ipad is great and convenient. And in store pickup made it SO easy for me to get it same day!!!!

The iPad is amazing and I have no issues with the device itself. If you’ve had any of the previous ipads(I had a 6th Gen) and you liked/loved that iPad then this will iPad you will love even more. My issue is receiving the product and/or the communication I’m getting said product. First of all I love Best Buy & I am a loyal customer for 20+ years and I usually never had delivery issues but getting this product was very frustrating & disappointing. My product came 4 days late of the expected delivery and each day before I received this product I was told/saw the tracking and said I would receive it “today” and it’s out on delivery. I even called and/or chatted with an agent and was told the same thing. Maybe FedEx could be to blame as well but the communication between the 2 was horrible. Anyways, the “final straw that broke the camel’s back” moment for me was when I received my product and the delivery box was badly damaged. It looked like somebody possibly opened the box and tried to re-tape it. Maybe they tried to steal the iPad? Not sure what to think. But then the iPad box itself was “dirty” and it looked like it slid across a warehouse floor or maybe the delivery truck. I included some photos but I regret not taking more photos. Anyways again I love Best Buy but this experience left me feeling highly unsatisfied. Hopefully somebody from this company reads this because this can’t happen again.

I absolutely love my new iPad! I’ve had my old one since 2017 or 2018 and it was due for an upgrade. I love that I have a bigger screen which makes streaming for enjoyable. Well worth the purchase!

Love it !! Got this for my 5 year olds birthday and she loves it too she can color and draw ! It’s very fast packaged nice and good battery life!

This is my first ipad, I got it because i wanted an art app that was only available on Apple. I have not been dissapointed. Great tablet, easy to use, fast processing and totally easy to set up. I also got a case screen protector and pen to go along with it. While i will probably won't switch to an i phone. I have been very happy with this ipad!

Im really enjoying my new IPad, it is user friendly and as an old fogie, thats helpful. The screen is large for me and i really like my keypad. The battery lasts all day and it quick to respond.

I love it so much!! only use it for watching tv and playing games and honestly it has helped me not be on social media as much and to just focus on now instead of being so invested on socials!!

Great ipad, nothing wrong with it. Came very fast, like the day of and came unbroken. I’ve been using it for up to a month now and I have no complaints, will be shopping here again!

i love my ipad. i got it on impulse but i use it every day. i put a matte screen protector on it as well which i dont find affects the screen quality and is easier on my eyes

It is fantastic. I have have iPads since version 2 and this one is the best.

I bought this as a gift during holidays. So it was on sale. I love that it is available in pink because that is the favorite color. It is not as fancy as the other ipads but it does the job.

Got it for my girlfirend and she loved it. she can finish her school on it, draw her art, and sketch with it all while being easier because of the bigger screen and she can enjoy the games she likes even more.

Good ipad and everything works perfectly fine. It comes with the charger.

Love this Ipad. Large enough fast. Easy set up. I have not had an Ipad in a very long time and the price it was offered was affordable. Good quality.
