I finally decided that the iPad A16 would fit my needs perfectly. As far as the fact that the iPad A16 that I ended up buying doesn’t have Apple Intelligence in my case was no big deal because I have a iPhone 17 Pro which has Apple Intelligence. I mainly use my iPad for texting, browsing, emailing and making purchases on line I am more than happy with the the choice I made and it saved me a couple of hundred dollars.

I'm pleased with the improved features on the newest IPad. I plan to get several years of service out of the tablet.

It's literally the same thing as all the other older ipads that have been had/used without the lag or heat that comes from older models. Is it because it's new or is it because Apple says it's time for a new one? Who knows. Put it in a case unless you want it to crack it's screen. Works like it should. . . we'll see for how long.

It replaces an iPad Mini that I have had for quite a while. It is so much nicer to have the bigger screen and I will probably continue with larger models in the future!
