It's an ipad.

It's literally the same thing as all the other older ipads that have been had/used without the lag or heat that comes from older models. Is it because it's new or is it because Apple says it's time for a new one? Who knows. Put it in a case unless you want it to crack it's screen. Works like it should. . . we'll see for how long.

iPad A16 = iPad AIR 4/5 in most (99%) respects!

The A16 screen is not bonded or laminated, and has a different feel… IF you tap on it with a finger nail, which is not an issue! Pencil feel—maybe. I don’t need my ego massaged by M3 chips, etc., but I do appreciate 128MB over 64MB. Saving $300 also helps!
