This is my daughter's first iPad that we got her for college. She loves that she can personalize it just how she wants.

I was so happy when I went to buy this I pad that it went on sell my grandkids was happy that they didn’t have to use the broken glass one that they used for three years

This is a good product as far as iPad’s go. I’m finding the locations of the buttons aren’t very comfortable but if I hadn’t had one before this I’d probably be fine but it does bother me.

Transfering information from my old IPad to the new was very easy. The remaining setup was also easy to accomplish

Ordering my iPad was easy and delivery was prompt! Very satisfied!

I really needed the iPad for a special project and was excited to get it. However when I received it the screen had a 6 inch hairline crack down the middle of it. The package was not damaged and it was packaged real good. The functionality was not affected and I was desperate for the iPad so I put a screen protector on it and started my project. I know the crack was hard to see but I am disappointed that something I paid over $400 for came to me without being inspected throughly before it was packed.

I switched from iPad mini to the 11” with A16 chip. I’m happy with new investment , Geek squad had me up and running in no time. Another happy customer.thank you
