The 11-inch iPad, powered by the A16 chip, delivers smooth performance and responsive multitasking - a tremendous runway for typical tablet workflows. The 256 GB storage offers ample space for apps, media, and documents, while the silver finish lends it a clean, Apple aesthetic. Build quality and battery life hold up well. However, it lacks support for the newest “Apple Intelligence” AI features and brushes up against outdoor / very bright-light usage limitations on its display. Overall, it was a great value for me as I was looking for a dependable, well-rounded iPad without the premium price tag of the Pro models.

Best Buy could not deliver iPad to UPS and posted UPS delay for 3 days when I got thru and shipped one overnight (4 days). Eventually shipped another one and had to return. How they treat a best customer!

I recently purchased this tablet as a replacement for an iPad mini that I had for a long time. I do not have any complaints about this device.
