I’m an Apple person and love my IPad Air… I traded in a new 128 gb for a new 256 gb when the new ones came out… I kept thinking between the Air and pro and decided on air for price and what it can do that’s not too much different than the pro model…

Wow! Definitely upgrading to the Ipad Air was a great investment. My daughter loves it for school. She is currently in her Senior year. It's light so doesn't make her book bag heavy. Fast and great picture quality. Battery lasts a long time. Very happy with my purchase.

This was a gift to our daughters and the iPad Air is perfect for tablet use and also can be transformed into a mini laptop with a keyboard case attachment. Runs great and applications easily controlled! Battery life has also been amazing!

This is my first iPad. I've enjoyed using it for daily activities such as email use, reading PDF documents, typing assignments and preparation for lectures. I purchased a separate keyboard from Amazon. It's not an apple keyboard, but it works just the same overall. I am pleased with my purchase. In addition. Best Buy, as always, did a fantastic job preparing the delivery of my order. Everything was in place and ready to go when I came to pick it up, and they always have the best customer service. I continue to shop at Best Buy because of the ease of service, the availability of the items, and the customer service This is not a paid review.I just like giving good feedback when I locate a great find.

upgraded from an old 6th gen--so much faster, thinner, lighter weight; the fingerprint on the side is awkward--the old home button was easier (may just take some getting used to)

Great iPad, exactly what we needed. It is very fast and the display is great! I was concerned the 11 inch would be too small, but it's actually the perfect size!

The iPad Air with M2 chip is working great, especially paired up with Apple’s Magic Keyboard. It’s extremely responsive and the perfect size for viewing and taking notes. I would highly recommend!

Got the new iPad 13 m2 and find the speed and battery life amazing! I have and old original iPad so you can see where upgrade impressed me so much. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this purchase to anyone.

I have used iPads for a long time since I use them for my work. I sold my iPad mini in order to get this iPad air M2 11 inch 256gb, The iPad itself was very powerful, however, the iPad was sold to me with a touchscreen had a grounding issue. Meaning, if I didn't press with the flat part of my fingers it would not register my touch, this is a problem since I need to use a lot of multi touch gestures. If you were to plug in the iPad or touch the metal side of the iPad with your other hand, the touch would work great. Apparently the grounding issue is common with these air M2 iPads. I attempted to exchange this iPad for a functional one, however they decided that since I had purchased it on sale, and the only one left to get was a different color, I would have to pay an extra $100 for a color I didn't even want. So I returned it, because that is completely unfair to have to pay more money for a color I don't want, because they sold me a faulty device. All in all, if you are able to get this iPad without the screen issue, I think you'll be happy, although I seriously recommend going through apple themselves. That way if anything goes wrong they can directly swap it out for you and you wont have to deal with the poor BestBuy service.

Size and weight is comfortable. Performance good, some challenges with auto functions frustrating. The QuickStart instructions very limited.

Purchased for autistic toddler to have her communication apps and other things and it's been great. Held up to her throwing it at random times too. The weight and size is perfect for her hands and I don't have to worry about a small screen causing vision damage as an iPhone could. Having it and various educational apps and YouTube videos as well as special needs language apps has enabled her to learn so much faster, she's already reading and saying sentences (like "please wait to be seated" on a restaurant sign) at 3yrs old!

The Air line up from Apple is where 95% of buyers should be. This has a beautiful screen with a fast processor. Battery life is fantastic but if you play games the battery life will fall easy otherwise you should get multiple days from a charge. The build quality is great but I will always recommend a case and a screen protector to keep your device blemish free. Great portability and fast charging make this a device that was made to be on the go or at the couch. There are a plethora of accessories for Apple products so you can make this iPad your own. This purchase was an upgrade for me and im very happy with it. However, I did purchase this as an open box item that was listed in Excellent condition. When I received it it was put in an evelope package with no padding, and the actual item was filthy. Finger prints all over it. Now with this being my first Open box item I was expecting it to be sent with care even though it was already used. I took it out and gave it some love by cleaning it up myself and its perfectly fine, no scratches or scuffs of any kind. I guess i expected it to come clean free of anyones prints at least.

Works great! Had to order in store and had to have it delivered to the store, so figured it must be popular! My Kindle gave out and I’ve been using my iPad as a replacement and it’s been great! Great for using on the go and for traveling/long plane rides as well!
