    So far it is great! I haven’t had it very long and am still trying to get used to the difference between this one and my old iPad. I’m not a techie so can’t speak to technical aspects. I really don’t know why Apple had to change the charging port so now I have to have a specific cord and the one that comes with it is short so had to order new cords!! Maybe I should have taken a star off for that!! All in all I think I’ll be happy with this.

    I ordered this as an open box (excellent condition) item. It arrived when promised and appears as new. The charger and cable were missing and were to be included. I contacted Best Buy support and they arranged for pickup of the missing items from a nearby store.

    Just received my new and first iPad a few days ago and am quite enjoying the adventure of getting acquainted with it. At first I was disappointed that there was not an actual book of instructions in the delivery box but then I discovered a website with detailed instructions. Since I already have an iPhone, some of the basics are already familiar. So, when I have a question, I can just look it up. Soon the iPad and I will be very good friends.
