    I purchased an I pad on 1.21.25 I go down to pick up the I pad and other items I ordered. I show up at the store and i was told it would be in store on 1.30.25, the afternoon of 1.30.25 I check on my order and the web site tells me preparing for pickup. So I’m eagerly waiting to pick it up and I get a text saying there is a delay and they might have it on 2.5.25 !! It sounds to me that it was never ordered or whatever. That’s what I get for trusting best buy . Incompetence at it’s finest, I don’t want your reward points and I will go back to strictly on line purchases not big box stores. Best buy has really went downhill and I suspect they will be going out of business soon also. Never again Terrible service!
