Resolution is very nice. Sound is clear. Definitely get a case to protect from dropping and damaging your iPad. I will update my review after a few more months of use.

I noticed a $100 price drop just a week after purchase and submitted a request using the online price match feature. I only received a partial credit of $17.50 ($18.61 with tax), and the remainder never showed up. I contacted customer service multiple times. Initially, they acknowledged the issue and said it would be resolved in a few days—nothing happened. Weeks later, I was given a case number and told to expect confirmation within 24 hours—again, nothing. When I called back, they claimed there was no record of the case and told me they wouldn't be taking any further action. Because of this experience, I’ll be considering other retailers for future purchases whenever possible.
