I didn’t get my iPad, the box came out empty so I have to report it to the support team about this incident.

Did not like it at all. Not comfortable to open returned it.

This was bought with a stolen credit card. You’re complicit

I gabe a 1 star because I almost lost this item and the keyboard, awful service from best buy and fedex, sent a more than 900 package without asking for a signature, beside was deliveries in a wrong address and Best buy only said it was already deliveries contact your lawyer

NEVER PURCHASED ITEM AS SOMEONE STOLE MY INFORMATION! PERSON OR PERSONS WERE ABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE AS A “GUEST”, NO ONE VALIDATED THE IDENTITY OF THE PERSON WHO PICKED IT UP CURBSIDE! GOOD JOB BEST BUY!

Apple pencil didn't work very heavy and clumsy and have to press hard to get it to do anything. Nope

I can’t rave about this product enough I always wanted an iPad an extra screen more opportunity for use and travel is easier than a laptop and so many fun accessories I use it for college and it works amazingly for my needs the battery life is amazing the only downside is how heavy it is for someone with many chronic pain and illnesses it’s a bit hard to always hold it and not so comfy on low energy days overall amazing product

It's fast, the screen looks amazing, and everything runs so smoothly. Great for work, drawing, and streaming. It's lightweight and easy to carry around. A bit pricey, but totally worth it if you use it every day.

Light, fast and combined with the keyboard it has the full functionality of a macbook. Battery can take around 2 days of heavy-duty work.

Worth the money, super fast, and gets lots of utility out of it for school and games. The only thing I would change is adding face ID. The iPad already has a front camera, so it wouldn't be too difficult. The Touch ID gets annoying. I also recommend getting a screen protector, it smudges easily.

Great iPad; lightweight and keeps longer charge . Easy to use all Apps. Very good purchase/value.

This is my first ipad after years of cheaper android tablets. This specific model is definitely overkill for what I use it for, but I took advantage of the pre christmas sale to get the air so it will be supported longer. It is amazing. It definitely has a more computer like functionality than what I had before, so a lot more options of what to do with it. I mostly bought it for music, and for that purpose it is perfect. I definitely recommend this.

Super efficient and doesn't lag. Bought it for animations and drawing and it has a lot of space.

I love this iPad, it’s perfect for the average person but is able to deal with the plethora of things I have going on outside of just streaming, I read heavily on it, and note take on it.
