    Got my wife an iPad Air M3 Wi-Fi + Cellular as a christmas gift to replace her old one that stopped working. She had it for all of 4 days before the charging port stopped registering the iPad. We took it to Best Buy to see about getting a replacement, and they told us there was a 15 day return policy for Cellular devices, and couldn't do anything without the serial number of the iPad (which someone apparently entered manually and got wrong). Apparently when your iPad stops working, it needs to work in order for you to return it. Beware of ordering iPads from them around christmas time, they'll tell you the return policy is extended from October 31st through January 15th, and then turn around and tell you to read the fine print. The folks in the actual store were trying to be helpful, and did everything they could for us. But they can't override stupid Best Buy policies. DO NOT BUY THIS IPAD if you value quality, or sensible return policies.

    I love this IPAD and so does my God mother who is living in a nursing home now. She gets to see pictures on Facebook and videos on You Tube and so much more!!!
