This was a big change from an iPad Air 2. No home button, USB-C port and Apple Pencil. I was going back and forth between the new iPad and the Pro, I am glad I went with the pro version. The screen is so clear. It is easy to switch between tabs. I'm looking forward to using it with IOS 13

Excellent screen and speakers that surpass my 2015 MacBook Pro. If you are coming from a 9.7 inch iPad and thinking this is similar it is anything but - the screen is huge in comparison and things that I used to loathe doing like VM ware Remote Desktop sessions am work great on here.

I had the iPad mini 4 in gold, and loved it for its small size, but needed something a little bigger! Have had it for a little over a month and I can't get enough of it. It's perfect for when I don't want to use my MacBook air, but still want to have all the features of it in a tablet.

With every iteration of the iPad, Apple improves upon an already awesome product. From the exterior design to the internal upgrades, everything comes together to deliver a near flawless computing experience. Highly recommended, as the iPad covers most computing needs.

Debated way to long on the upgrade but much happier with the operating system being a X user. The screen is much more friendly, no home button confusion. Graphics and ability make it enjoyable to use. Extra storage space means I can have everything I always wanted but went with out.

Working much better that old one. Great clarity. Some things easier to do. Other items not! Often not intuitive on how to make it do the things it says it will do. Face recognition doesn't work most of the time. Shutting down by pressing On button and Volume Button at same time seldom works. It is too sensitive. Most of the time it just turns up the volume. Both buttons MUST be exactly the same pressure. Now I just go to settings and shut down. Supposed to be able to do some touch and swipe upward to see all your open apps so you can clear them. I can never get that to work. Occasionally it does by accident and I can clear them. Usually I just get frustrated and give up. The iPad is a good tool for watching movies, and reading emails, and books, etc. but it should NOT be that difficult. When I want to do some REAL work, I use my trusty DELL PC. The Workhorse.

The iPad pro 11 inch for me has been the perfect size for many tasks. I use it for music reading and soundboard operation, noting and network design as a network engineer, and watching movies during travel. Its a more than capable device with a lot of functionality and thousands of apps.

My daughter wanted this but it was too much. Then I found it open box for 690 and on black friday they were doing additional 20 percent off open box in store. So I could not pass it up. My daughter never thought she would get this and she has not put it down. She loves it.

Was worried after I purchased that the 11 inch would end up feeling too small but it’s a perfect size for me, for context I use this primarily for art with Procreate. Also despite concerns I had seen online using a tempered glass screen protector hasn’t affected pressure sensitivity.

The Apple iPad pro was by far the best gift we could have purchased for our 10 and 12 year old daughters. It has been invaluable for them for school and leisure. Best Buy delivered quickly and for the best price by far. I would highly recommend.

I got this to replace my iPad Air 2. The inclusion of 4 speakers vs 2 is great. It makes it easier for someone who is hard of hearing to hear. The screen feels so much bigger then it is without the space for Touch ID. Scrolling is very fluid with the 120 refresh rate.

I recently upgraded from the 1st gen iPad Pro to the latest model. The capabilities of the new iPad Pro are numerous, and it was a worthy upgrade. As always, Apple products are going to run at about $1,000, but BestBuy was actually running a $130 promotion at the time of purchase.

This is a total life saver. Bought it since I was going to grad school. It’s so sleek easy to carry and portable. But once you open it you’re in another world! My whole life is in this thing? From work, to personal, and schooling. Everyone needs an iPad!

I can’t believe I ever hesitated on buying this. What an upgrade from my IPad mini 4! Now that I have this, I hardly ever even think about using my laptop. Built in functionality from day one with a screen that’s large enough to do the most complex graphics/art. Wow. Simply wow.

Got this along with they keyboard for work and graduate school and I love the versatility. I can leave my MacBook Pro at home and use this whenever I’m on the go for work and it’s still very functional and the size is perfect. Don’t hesitate, it’s worth the investment.

Wow! We've had every generation iPad and this is by far the best. Love the screen size, how thin it is, the memory, and all the new technology that integrates seamlessly with everything else Apple we own. We are an Apple family and are always extremely happy with our newest Apple product!

iPads are simply the dream devices we all wished for when we were little. I upgrade every few years as the new models come out and each one becomes an indispensable addition to my daily life. This new model has amazing resolution, speed and memory. It's great!

I bought this to replace an old iPad Mini from years ago. It doubles as my TV and internet device while I'm travelling. I got the Apple pencil, too, so I can color or write notes for whatever. There's a Kindle/Audible function, too, and OMG tons of space.

I like the new features on this, like facial recognition. However, not having the home button makes it easy to have it turned the incorrect way. Of course, it does orient itself. The power and volume buttons just won’t be where you think they are. A cover would solve that hiccup, I suppose. Don’t have the pencil yet,which is sold separately as an accessory. So, I’m not getting the full benefits this updated version offers. It’s a great device and I am happy with the purchase.

Has new features which I am enjoying! Not having a home button threw me off for awhile. Still wish it was there, but am adjusting to new way to clear out sites visited. Like that there is more room to put frequently visited apps across the bottom of the home screen.
