Disappointed in the lack of extras...

Good battery life, great screen resolution. I am disappointed that Apple switched from a lightning cable to a usb-c cable for docking and charging. I was shocked that Apple did not include an appropriate cable in the box (usb-a to usb-c) for connecting it to my Mac mini. I had the thing for nearly a week before I could use it because I could not sync/restore the unit from my previous iPad. All is good now, but I am used to Apple going the extra mile and including all needed cords in the box. I was also disappointed in the knowledge of the Best Buy staff. Granted, I bought this within days of the store receiving theirs, so it was a new product. However, if my sales person had informed me of the cable issue when I purchased it, I believe it would have saved me a lot of frustration. The little things matter!
