Apple support was very knowledgeable about the IPad and were very friendly and helpful setting it up. However in order to clear the games and/or sights you used, they need to be brought to the desktop by swiping up from the bottom up. This seems to be quite hard at least for me so often. I wait for my 7 year old granddaughter to stop over and do it for me

Best iPad Pro till date

It works great and if you are into art, Apple pencil 2 with multiple apps on iPad pro is one of the best overall pen experience out there. Just make sure you don't get an already bended iPad and I still think these are a bit overpriced.

Bought for Med School Student

This was recommended by faculty and students alike. The class notes and charts are published and the students use the pencil and annotation features to make notes, highlights etc live during class, then while studying they can search the document for those notes. Very handy. Oh - it plays movies, does email, surfs the web and such as well.
