    Only 3 stars because I had 2 which out of box would not boot to login screen. First one I returned to BB with no hassles. 2nd one---same thing. Discovered that I had to download and reimage the IOS on the ipad but had to first download and install itunes to my laptop to be able to then connect via USB to the ipad in order to initiate IOS install. I don't think the average user would know how to do that. This was a gift to my daughter so I fixed it myself. I was able to because I am a network IT person. It has been working fine ever since the initial out of box failures.
