I decided to purchase the 11 inch iPad Pro to replace my “old” 10.5 inch iPad Pro. I think the 11 inch iPad Pro is the perfect size for all around use. I don’t intend on getting the keyboard case for it since I have a MacBook that I still use for typing work. This size is perfect for media consumption and video and photo editing. I like to hold my tablet in my hand and bring it up to eye level to check fine details when photo editing so for me this size works perfect. The processor is very quick and snappy, everything feels smooth and games and apps load up very quick. Face ID works great and seamlessly. The 120hz screen is beautiful and vibrant. The 120hz screen is great for gaming and overall responsiveness when doing day to day tasks. I love it. I do wish the blacks / darks were better. Blacks especially when watching movies have a slight grey tint to them. That being said, the screen is still very beautiful and vibrant. The usb c charging port also supports many adapters and accessories. The cameras are very good, probably won’t use it much honestly. But it’s nice to have. Would I recommend this to a friend? Most definitely. Yes this tablet is very expensive but I think it’s worth every penny and I’m absolutely certain that it will serve you for many years to come.

I'm normally not an Apple person but I have a lot of graphics that I need to do and after talking with the best by associates it seemed like this was going to be the perfect device for me and it really has been. I have been using this for hours every day and all the battery only lasts me about one day I get tons of use off of it. I would definitely recommend the Apple pencil it has helped me out tremendously and really gives it a nice feel when using the device. I definitely recommend getting a nice case for it it is very light weight so it could get damaged. After some consideration I got the smaller sized and I think it's a lot better for me. It feels a lot easier to handle and like to hold things with just my left fingers in this is very lightweight and you can do that.

Loving my new iPad Pro 11”. This iPad is very versatile. Works great with the pen (sold separately) and a great tool if you take notes, draw or just like controlling your iPad with. The iPad Pro is very fast, smooth and fits all my needs. The display is the best in the market, game play is very smooth too. If you are into A.R., you’ll be in for a treat! The iPad is a little costly which is why I gave it a 4 star. I also didn’t receive the free Webroot Internet Security with Antivirus (3 Devices) (6-Month Subscription) - Mac|Windows [Digital] which was suppose to be included via download. I’ve been trying to contact Best Buy to see if I can claim it, but no one picks up the phone. Other then that, the iPad is a great tablet and hope to soon purchase the magic keyboard. It is pretty expensive so I will need to research it a little more. If you are looking for a new tablet, I highly recommend the iPad Pro! Good luck!

I’ve owned 5 different iPads over the years and this one is by far the best. It’s the most responsive, the most sleekly designed, and my most used iPad to date. The fully laminated display and the ability to use the Apple Pencil Version 2 is worth it alone (the Apple Pencil V1 is clunky having to plug it into the lightning port). In addition, the Magic Keyboard is also an amazing accessory that really continues to allow me to use my iPad as a laptop - it’s frankly faster than my 2 year old laptop. I am in the process of getting the 12.9” model for a relative with the Magic Keyboard instead of a new laptop.

Phenomenal tablet experience from Best Buy

There are a lot of factors that you can put into a review - the product itself, the manufacturer, the place that sells the product, the apps and infrastructure around the product, and so on. After going through several different Apple tablets for many years, often repairing them myself, I reached the point where the iPads I had would not accept the latest updates from Apple - their generation was deemed obsolete. Rather than e-recycle my Now-irrelevant technology, I learned I could trade them in to Best Buy. Yes, you might get more profit if you were to sell them yourself, but I was dealing with, in essence, the Walking Dead version of mobile computing. Best Buy staff inspected my items thoroughly and gave me fair credit (in the form of a gift card) that I could apply to something of this century. And apply I did. It just so happened that I was shopping during some prime day held by some company named after a rainforest. Free-market competition worked in my favor this time as Best Buy offered a nice discount on top of an already competitive price. My gift card was accepted and I just had to wait for delivery. Which only took a day, aside from being free. This shiny, new tablet was factory sealed and arrived undamaged. My storage space had grown eight-fold. My games run without interruption. Video streams are smooth. Pairing to a stylus was successful and my whiteboard app captures all my thoughts. This particular tablet has a USB-C port which allows me to connect an expansion hub. I have not fully explored this capability, but I imagine it will come in handy for file transfers. I did need to contact support for instructions on how to reboot the tablet. We have to hold down the volume up button in addition to the power button to get the power off slider. Just holding the power button summons Siri, and she will absolutely not help you with rebooting the tablet. I suspect she's refusing out of sheer self-preservation. For those of you who are in the market for a tablet, whether you are new to tablets or are upgrading from a previous model, I recommend this one. The screen size is spacious, performance is high, the Apple app store will accept you again, and you're not paying the premium for the newest M1 processor.

Was thoroughly spoiled for choice between the 11 and 12.9 inch Ipad pros! After much deliberation decided to buy the 11 inch and I am glad I did! The portability (size and weight) after adding a keyboard and a case outweighs the benefits of the 12.9 inch screen size. For me, I needed an Ipad to function as a tablet, not an Ipad to replace my laptop. Great battery life, screen quality, can't complain if you pay me to!

I bought this iPad Pro for my daughter's school work and her art work she does on procreate. Her only con is she misses the home button. It was helpful. She loves the big screen and 256 GB HD space. The pen is also much better in charging. How it magnetically connects to the pro for charging better her six gen when have to connect the pen to the charging port of the iPad or charging cable. The pro is more convenient for her. She said she's putting alot use into it.

I'm pretty deep into the Apple ecosystem and I'm a fan of most of their devices. This iPad is everything that I want out of a tablet. It runs everything I need as fast as I need it to, but more importantly, to me anyway, is that the battery lasts forever. Plenty of room for dozens of movies. It's the perfect size to watch a show at night while lying in bed and the 4 speakers on this sound really good. I highly recommend it.

This was an awesome deal on an open-box product, too good to resist! The iPad Pro itself is a beast of a machine, and although it has been heavily overshadowed in October 2020 by the new iPad Air with TouchID and the A14 bionic chip, this iPad Pro still rocks a pretty decent A12z bionic octacore processor and the 120 Hz screen for some really snappy performance. I also got the Apple Pencil (Gen 2) to go along with it. I've been using this for a few months now, and loving it so far. Heavy gameplay is a breeze, and watching movies and youtube videos is great on the gorgeous display. I also use the iPad Pro on my DJI Mavic Air 2 controller (using a special phone-to-tablet adapter I got for $25 on Amazon), so flying the drone is now easier with the big screen of the iPad. I recently also started getting into video editing, so using a USB-C card reader, I can import all my drone, GoPro etc videos from the respective micro-SD cards. I bought the LumaFusion app for video editing, and with the Apple Pencil, it is a really powerful way to create content! Apart from that, I do use the iPad for regular browsing / social media / reading stuff. The 120 Hz display is really good. Negatives - I only with that all iPads came with TouchID instead of FaceID, because an iPad is generally a shared device among family members, and the 2-face limit is annoying. Also, with iPhones you are always bound to hold them in the correct way for FaceID to see you, with iPads you could be holding them in any angle; thus the camera gets blocked on numerous occasions requiring you to modify your grip. Grr.... Other than that though, I'm very happy with my purchase, especially at the OpenBox deal I got from Best Buy!

I have never been a big Apple fan. I got the iPhone 11 Pro(finally a complete iPhone), I then got the AirPods Pro. I needed a new tablet so I decided on iPad 11 pro. The battery is great. It’s fast and the screen is great for watching HDR movies. Even just HD cartoons it’s great. I also read comic on it. The 12.9 is basically a laptop. So if you want a tablet as a tablet for travel and screen big enough to enjoy movies. I would highly recommend the 11 pro.

Top of the line latest iPad Pro rocks. On my fourth iPad and the frequency with which I upgrade brings a noticeable speed and feature benefit. The guys last much longer but this new squared edge design, like my old beloved iPhone 4/5 models is awesome. Pair it with the Apple Pencil 2 and you cannot do better with real paper and pen. Great investment, lots of storage (now if only iCloud was bumped to 50GB to make backups real, but I digress). Enjoy it!

I purchased this ipad after getting frustrated with my samsung galaxy tab s6. The s6 is an excellent machine with a few flaws. The biggest flaw for me, which led me to switch to apple, was the fact that you can't preview raw files. I tried multiple apps, and even paid for a few premium ones, but no matter what, raw files just won't open. No preview icon, and just an error message when trying to open them. And this is after trying a few different cameras to see if maybe it was just my particular camera model. Anyways, long story short I went to best buy and they let me test the ipad..and boom! Right off the sd card i could see thumbnails AND view the full sized image! I purchased this without hesitation and ended up trading it in for the 12.9" model. Apple has changed the game. No longer are ipads confined to whatever miniscule storage they came with. No longer do you need apples expensive proprietary cables. These finally function like they were supposed to. Apple finally listened and unleashed all the hidden potential these machines had. The performance is spectacular, the screen is top notch, and the optional keyboards make them a great laptop replacement for some people. I highly highly recommend this item. Bravo apple

Camera Clarity and features are amazing on the IPad Pro. I always enjoy the Tablet/Laptop feel you get with the IPad Pro... especially if you have a keyboard for it (which I hope to get soon). The big mostly screen device allows for a wider view of everything on it. I really appreciate the split screen features to work simultaneously on things at a time. The small keyboard feature is good for texting but I feel the split keyboard feature that is used for the Ipad Mini would be a great addition to the IPad Pro, as typing/texting with two hands without a keyboard allows for a more normal text pace then texting with one hand on the tiny keyboard. The regular size keyboard makes it tougher to type and text normal so that is why splitting it the same as Ipad mini would be great for users. Love the light weight of the Ipad Pro. And I also hope to test an Apple Pencil on it soon too. The picture editing features are great as well. Ipad Pro is great for video editing too.

WOW!!! I had the original iPad Pro and I can say this is so much faster, lighter, and has so many different options. I purchased the floating keyboard and the pen also and I hardly ever undock my MacBook. As long as I have my iPad, I can use it like a laptop for presentations or just to surf. And when I need to walk around with just an iPad, just tug on the magnetic connection and bingo, I have a nice iPad. Love this thing.

I have had several ipads over the years, ipdad Air, light weigh best feature 64 GIG, ipad Pro 12" and ipad 10.5 Pro, but this one is the fastest, best weight and feel and has amazing colors and just is a great machine. Also purchased the new Ipad keyboard and stand that auto connects to the ipad without any help, great autoconnection, You can't go wrong with this, works like an idad and also like a computer with Mouse & keyboard!

Love my iPad Pro. I like the 11” size because it still makes it comfortable to use as a handheld tablet, and easy to pack around as opposed to the larger version. I also purchased the magic keyboard and the pencil to complete the package. The convertible appeal with the magic keyboard makes this great. Great screen, nice camera, zippy performance, great screen to body ratio.

I have owned Apple Ipads for almost 5 years. This Apple Ipad Pro is by far the easiest to work on by far. The size is wonderland. Screen is clear and very manageable. I have the 256 GB so my space seems endless to me. I had to up date the apple pencil but the whole system works like a dream would highly recommend purchasing this Ipad. With this Covid-19 the Ipad comes in handy for Zoom meetings and such!
