Open box issue - device perfect, but cord missing

Usually not a problem at all, but this time when we got it home it was missing the cable that goes between the device and the power converter. Went back the next day and they refused to provide an Apple cord - said we had to pay for it. But gave us a black generic cord for free. The box was labelled "all accessories included" too, but that didn't matter. Didn't seem right. Lesson learned - open these at the store in front of the salesperson.

Grate tablet to draw and for pictures!

Skip the M1, save the money

11" I-pad Pro

She was not happy with it because she could no sync her Candy Crush game with her laptop. She insisted on an I-pad at twice the price. I bought her this one for Christmas. It does everything it is supposed to, but so did the Samsung. By some Christmas miricle, her Candy Crush game eventually sync up with her HP lap top. I will never convince her that it had nothing to do with the I-pad. Lord help me. Well, if you must have an Apple, this one is nice!
