Expensive to repair and/or replace

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased February 2023, this iPad worked very well until the charging port failed and I could no longer use the iPad. I took it back to Best Buy in November 2024 to get it fixed. I was told by the Geek Squad that it would cost over $600.00 to repair since it was out of warranty! Unfortunately the Geek Squad was not very helpful that day. I’m very sad to say that, because I use the iPad so often, I ended up purchasing a new one (I was concerned that once the charge ran out I would loose all my data). I thought I was buying a quality iPad that would last for years and felt that an extended warranty was not necessary - my mistake. So overall the iPad is a good product, just be super careful with the charging port and be sure you put the extra money down to purchase the warranty… it might save you from buying a replacement.

Good multipurpose tablet

Its a little pricey of course but at least you get what you pay for.

Brilliant second screen for my work setup

Act as a second screen as well as a whiteboarding tool during virtual meetings. I have been able to execute both the things as I intended it to and what a brilliant purchase this has been :)

Being able to use the iPad as a second screen when im on my MacBook is an awesome feature.
