I purchased this as an 'Open Box -Excellent', and it came in good condition except for a few fingerprints. I wish Best Buy would at least wipe their iPads down before selling. Otherwise, I am happy with my purchase.

I really liked the fingerprint access on that one and was feeling cautious about the facial recognition, but no more! I love it! It captures my face quickly, easily and does not care about the angle! I watched prices for a long time while I weighed the odds, but thanks do much!! Also, got great service from there saleswoman in Ann Arbor. Nicely done, all round!!

After I picked it up a didn't unpacked the ipad and the next day I saw that the corpus of the camera was skratched. the camera works well but after all the box had to be in exellent condition.

BestBuy had the best price for this and its accessories, plus they had it in stock. Even though I bought this on Black Friday (ugh!) they had extra staff to take care of customers and the entire process was quick!

Still Worth It in 2024

Sure, newer OLED models are better, but for the price, this iPad has everything I need. The M2 chip is fast and handles everything I throw at it—whether it’s work, entertainment, or multitasking.

I-Pads are hassle free

This one was for our daughter for college. She plans to use it with her MacBook for nursing classes. We have never had any issues with either of the devices.
