With their help I ordered new iPad Pro. I received it in two days but was unable to load my information from the old to the new one! I brought both to the Store and with magic provided by the Geek Squad they were able to transfer everything. I am in heaven and love the new iPad. Thanks to everyone who helped d

I was hesitant to order this product during this time of the year because it is usually a busy time. However, I was very impressed with how fast the product arrived. The shipping was done very fast and I obtained the iPad very quickly. It was also very easy to place my order and overall was a great experience. I highly recommend not only the product, but also ordering through Best Buy.

Only complaint was that it should have been cleaned up before shipping. This ‘excellent condition’ iPad was covered in smears and fingerprints which took away part of the ‘wow’ factor as my daughter’s big Christmas gift.
