Works like an ipad should, had some fingerprints on it, but other than that, seemed liked new as described. I didn't recommend it because it's an ipad. I only bought it because my company bought into their proprietary gimmick.

Love this ipad. First time using it. I bought it for my bday, I’m using it to watch movies, draw, play games, etc! instead of using my phone. This ipad is amazing!

11" iPad Pro is exactly what my daughter needed to do her school work on. Much better for her than a chromebook or computer.

So far it works great, and all of my info from my old iPad transferred easily. Also the Best Buy salesperson we worked with did a great job of explaining things and putting on our covers and screen protectors.

The iPad Pro M2 11in it’s a great tablet for daily use and for work. I usually use my iPad for work or school and has worked perfectly fine.

Great device. Worth the money. You can do so much with it and it is incredibly reliable. The only thing that holds it back is the iPadOS software.

I love my iPad. I would always recommend this product. The Pro iPad has been even more helpful when doing school.

Its an ipad i mean, cmon! the small thing that bothered me was that the store had writing all over the box and there was bo plastic wrap so the box it came in was janky but i love it!

I really thank Best Buy because the guy who attended me was kind since he first asked what we were looking for, and then when we went to the cashier. He was patient in every moment.

Fastest processor is the major change from the previous generation. 11 inch ipad pro is a convenient size. Nice resolution and great apps.

I don’t like that there is no home button and the battery life is not impressive

I upgraded from an iPad 9th gen to the pro and it’s a game-changer. Face ID is such an improvement. I’m not sure why they even still make the Touch ID.

I loveee my IPad , but sad thing is that the charging port stopped working only after a couple months so now I charge it through the case
