These have improved so much since the last time I purchased. I purchased with a Magic Keyboard and hardly use my laptop anymore! Only complaint is the battery life when using the display with brightness.

I ordered online and they gave me a used I pad the box was already open I wasn’t able to return it because it takes a lot of time and I have classes going on at the moment and I am also going to work that’s why it was hard for me to go to the store and return it. If you order online they will do this to you worst experience I will never recommend it to anyone.

Don’t buy open box!

I tried to solve 3x in the chat and they simply said they could do nothing (when we do not they can ship the original charger and cable that were missing).

The process to get the item was less than satisfactory. I had to wait in the store for two hours while customer service tried to verify, and locate, my online purchase. The employee did the best he could to navigate an inefficient system.

However our latest purchase of this one particular model worked for a total of 14 days then it stopped charging all together. We will be exchanging this item as soon as possible. Weather permitting.
